We are licensed through the State of Colorado as a Limited Liability Company. We carry a $1 Million coverage of general liability insurance with a $2 Million aggregate. All our crew members are covered with workman’s comp insurance. We do not use subcontractors on our jobs. All our employees are background checked and drug tested.

Our professional window cleaning, screen repair, and holiday light installation teams have around 2-3 crew members, depending on how large the job is. Our crew members are fully trained employees, not 1099 contractors, and are background checked and drug tested. We try to have several members of our team on site for safety and to make sure your job is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Most times, no. A lot of our clients either leave us a key or code for the lockbox for our window cleaning crews coming for full-service interior cleaning. Some clients greet us when we arrive, then head to work or appointments and have us lock up after we are done. As far as screen work - We can get everything we need from the outside as long as your screens install from the exterior. If your screens are mounted to the inside of the windows we will need inside access. All our employees are background checked and are held to the highest standard for integrity and responsibility. We do our best to be in and out and get the job done quickly with the highest level of quality and care. When requested we do provide before and after pictures, and always we send job status notifications so you know exactly was is happening. Our system even sends live GPS notifications as well so you know where we are on our way to your property.

Our new door build consultations, solar screen consultations and retractable screen consultations are always free of charge. Once we come down and get an onsite measurement and inspection we will provide a price on site. We do not charge anything until the job is done and to your satisfaction. We will email or text your invoice once the job has been completed. All invoices are due upon receipt. We accept all major credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, ACH and Venmo. Your invoice will have an easy use link to pay.

We operate year round, rain or shine. There are some conditions in which we will need to reschedule window cleans. These include high winds, temperatures that are 39 degrees or less, and or icy unsafe ground or roof conditions. We always prioritize our crew's safety as well as quality window cleans and appreciate your understanding. Glazing bead replacement is subject to suitable weather conditions. Services may be rescheduled in cases of extreme cold to ensure quality and safety.
